New Haven Together! is an enewsletter produced by the New Haven Direct Service Grants Program of the Annie E. Casey Foundation/Casey Family Services. It connects grantees and other community stakeholders to resources that help strengthen New Haven families and their children. Consultation Center Wins Grant from Brookdale Foundation
The Consultation Center recently won a grant from the Brookdale Foundation to provide monthly wellness programs, health screenings, and exercise initiatives for grandparents and their grandchildren through a partnership with the Hospital of St. Raphael. Local retailers, including Wal-Mart and Trailblazers, have committed to support the project.
