Making Connections

Casey Family Services has helped to develop Making Connections Neighborhood Transformation/Family Development (NTFD), a national initiative sponsored by the Annie E. Casey Foundation (aecf.org). Making Connections is creating broad-based partnerships to make troubled neighborhoods places where children and families can thrive. In Providence, Rhode Island, Baltimore, Maryland, and Hartford, Connecticut, Casey Family Services has intensified its work in inner-city neighborhoods where Making Connections is being tested. Casey Family Services is also a resource in other communities across the country that are part of NTFD.
