Casey Foundation Releases 2010 KIDS COUNT Data Book

Casey Foundation in its 2010 KIDS COUNT Data Book, overall improvements in child well-being that began in the late 1990s stalled in the years just before the current economic downturn. The 21st annual KIDS COUNT Data Book profiles the status of America’s children on a national and state-by-state basis and ranks states on 10 measures of well-being.
