Provides ongoing assessment of the individual needs of each assigned child and/or family. Establishes, updates and monitors service plan for assigned clients in collaboration with youth, birth parents, foster parents, adoptive parents, and other members of the clinical/permanency team. Provides casework services consistent with service plan goals. Arranges for therapeutic or related services designed to meet the well-being needs of children, youth and families. Maintains confidential case records in accordance with agency and legal guidelines. Functions as a liaison between CFS and other community-based organizations and provides technical assistance to other agencies as needed to advance CFS mission.
Master's degree in social work from college or university, accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. At least three years' post- master degree experience providing direct services to children and families. Valid state driver's license, proof of auto insurance and access to personal car for local travel. Appropriate state licensure for social work. Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in family preservation, reunification, foster care, adoption, and life skills for youth. Knowledge of and ability to plan services to meet children's needs for safety, well-being, and permanency. Ability to work effectively with families. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to communicate and work effectively with professional colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams. Working knowledge of computers and related software ware. Knowledge of professional standards and ethics.

Administrative Coordinator - New Hampshire
Supervises support staff and manages and provides a variety of administrative support functions within the division. Associates degree in office administration, secretarial, computer science or related experience. At least three years progressively more responsible secretarial or office management experience and previous supervisory experience required.Valid state driver's license, proof of auto insurance and ability to utilize personal car for travel. Knowledge of bookkeeping, computers and data processing skills essential. Excellent analytical ability and data interpretation and problem solving abilities. Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills. Strong proof reading and editing abilities.

Team Leader - New Hampshire
Supervises direct service staff in assigned area of responsibility to ensure the delivery of quality services. In conjunction with management, assists with program development, program budget management, and operations to achieve CFS strategic goals. Master of Social Work degree from a college or university accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. At least five years' post master degree experience providing services to children and families, preferably in the child welfare area. At least two years of supervisory experience preferred. Valid state driver's license, proof of auto insurance and ability to use personal automobile for travel. Appropriate state licensure for social work. Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in family preservation, reunification, foster care, adoption and adolescent issues. Familiarity with permanency planning and permanency teaming preferred. Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all organizational levels as well as with community representatives demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of research and program evaluation. Working knowledge of computers and related software. Knowledge of professional standards and ethics.

Family Support Specialist - Massachusetts
As part of the child's permanency treatment team, provides in-home and community based clinical interventions appropriate to the needs of the child and family in collaboration with the social worker. Bachelor's degree in social worker or other related human services field. At least two years experience working with children and families preferred. Familiarity with permanency planning, specialized training in behavior, physical and crisis management. Valid state driver's license, proof of auto insurance and availability of personal car for travel within local geographic area. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to function as an appropriate role model and to develop and maintain supportive relationships with youth and family.
