From the Director
It is with particular pride that I move into the position of Division Director of the Hartford Division of Casey Family Services. Starting at Casey as a social worker, I recognized the value placed on quality services to families and youth. I not only built important relationships with children who I now see "roam our halls" as young adults, but I have established relationships with foster parents whom we have shared tears and laughter.
I now take these relationships to the office where I hope to impact our families and youth in yet greater capacities. At the same time, my priority is to continue to attract the most committed, sensitive, and highly skilled foster parents in the Greater Hartford area.
I invite you to join us in our efforts to make sure every child that comes through Casey's door, leaves with at least one family that will be a lifelong connection for them.

Emergency Preparedness for Families
The Annie E. Casey Foundation/Casey Family Services published an Emergency Preparedness Guide for its clients and community members in 2007. The Guide outlines safety precautions and considerations for families as they prepare for a disaster or emergency. In addition, each division has prepared a form with local contact information to help your family complete an Emergency Communication Plan.
Download the Guide here (PDF). Download your local Communication Plan Form (PDF).
