The first time homebuyers program is a partnership with The West Elmwood Community Development Corporation’s Home Ownership Center. The West Elmwood Home Ownership Center provides multiple services such as orientation, homebuyers classes, review of credit report (including credit scores), credit repair counseling, mortgage product research, and closing cost support. Casey is providing an Individual Development Account option that consists of a match dollar savings account (ie: Casey $5,000 client $2,500= $7,500) for Casey involved clients.
