What to expect at CPAS Retreats and Workshops:

CPAS is a training opportunity that focuses on strengthening couples in order to strengthen the family as a whole. CPAS offers weekend retreats and one–day workshops that provide eight hours of training for couples on the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP). This program is a researched–based approach that teaches couples how to:

  • communicate effectively;
  • work as a team to solve problems;
  • manage conflicts without damaging closeness; and
  • preserve and enhance love and commitment.
Couples who choose to participate will be asked to complete two questionnaires related to the research: an initial survey and one follow-up six months later. All information is confidential.

For more information regarding PREP please visit their website at www.prepinc.com.
