From the Director

Welcome to the Massachusetts Division of Casey Family Services. Our work is to recruit; train and support talented foster parents and provide youth with stable, permanent connections. We offer the services, resources and supports youth need to achieve their goals and remain a resource as they transition to adulthood. In Lowell, we have an innovative Family Resource Program where staff and families work together through a wide range of responsive programming to promote individual, family and community well-being.
