Post-Adopt Support Group Family Picnic

On June 8, the Post-Adoptive Support Group hosted their annual cookout behind the Bridgeport Division's building. The day was filled with family, food, fun and games.

Parents were overjoyed to receive posters their teens had made to illustrate this year's theme: "The good things parents bring to a family". The purpose of the posters was to highlight what the teens loved about being a part of a family. Subjects ranged from quality time spent with their parents to enjoying a nice home-cooked meal.

The day ended with a game of wiffle ball with the staff and families. It was a fun time for all and no one wanted to go home.
