Joy Duva

Joy Duva has more than 30-years experience in child welfare, which includes casework, program planning, management, and consultation. Duva previously served as director of family preservation for the Child Welfare League of America, providing consultation to states in designing and developing family preservation programs. The former director of child welfare for the State of Maryland, she administered foster care, adoption, child protective services, and family preservation programs.
